Terms and Conditions – Voucher program for workshops

Validity and Period

• Each voucher is valid for one calendar year (January 1 to December 31). After expiry, a new voucher must be issued.
• Alternatively, validity can be one year from the date of issue if not all customers receive vouchers at the same time.
• The invoice used for redemption must be from the same year as the voucher.

Participation and Registration

• Participation in the parts bonus program is only possible after registration on the program website.
• Registration requires providing bank and financial details.
• Only KB parts listed on the website are eligible; the website is the binding source for eligible product families and part numbers.

Discount Structure and Products

• 10% discount on diagnostic licenses per license.
• 10% discount on tools.
• 3% discount on spare parts, based on the distributor purchase price.
• Not all KB parts are eligible; only those listed on the website.
• Discounts do not apply to mandatory trainings, only to additional trainings.
• No voucher is needed for trainings and field support, as these are offered directly.

Redemption and Payout

• Cashback is paid to the provided bank account.
• Payout occurs within 60 days after submission of valid documents (invoice, bank details).
• No liability for incorrect bank details; payout is forfeited if incorrect information is provided.

Abuse and Restrictions

• Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be passed to third parties.
• Multiple redemptions, duplication, or transfer of vouchers is prohibited.
• Manipulation of invoices (e.g., date, price) or submission of fake documents leads to exclusion and possible legal consequences.
• Only market prices are accepted; excessive prices or price manipulation are excluded.
• Growth bonus applies only to additional purchases compared to the previous year.
• Workshops already in the first generation Expert Network concept cannot claim discounts for tools purchased in the past.

Maximum Amounts and Limits

• The parts bonus program has a maximum cashback amount of €200.
• There is currently no cap for tools and licenses.

Program Changes and Termination

• KB reserves the right to terminate or change the program at any time, especially in case of misuse.

Complaints and Escalation

• In case of discrepancies, contact RewardCo by email first.
• If unresolved, contact the local sales representative.

Other

• The current terms and eligible product lists are available and binding on the program website.
• Payout is only made if registration and submission of all required documents are complete and correct.
